Added fa-enable-utilities back to _variables.scss #18

After some changes, $fa-enable-utilities had been removed and added again, but it appears that the default was not added back.

This should fix #12 again.

@cristianferrarig I'm not sure that you can without doing something drastic, unfortunately. :-(
