I'm not sure this is a real problem. Your problem looks like it happens because
you are running your site before a domain is assigned to the directory. If this
is a cpanel site then that means there's no ~baguje which means TimThumb can't
find that folder, and so can't find the image. Once you deploy on a proper
domain name this will fix itself.
If I am wrong then please do let me know and I'll change the status back to
New, and then will look at it when I have some more time.

There is site there, and there is hundreds of domains with ~ in name. This
can't be won't fix.

Enabling this to work for dev sites is important as one often wants to get
client feedback on the site before going to production. Broken images limits
the usefulness of the dev site. Thank you!
