Port ADC module #24

The adc module must be ported. The document: docs_stellaris/ti_manuals/LM4F120H5QR_Microcontroller/applicattion_notes/Using_the_Stellaris_uC_Analog-to-Digital_Converter_spma028.pdf should help with the task.

There is 12 ADC pins in the stellaris lauchpad. They are all available in the Connectors.

The best way to test it to put a potenciometer with track end in VDD and GND, and the midle track connected to the ADC being tested.
