Empty lines after headers #61

Thanks for this great plugin! I presume this is intentional but I don't understand why empty lines are added after headers when they are not there. Why is this? I myself like to not have empty lines added. I create my spacing between headers with padding in CSS. Is it possible to implement this as an option to set this to off?
