privacy icon in roster with 'always visible' #285

i have icon in roster if i set 'ignore' or 'invisible', i'd like to have also 
icon wheni set 'visible' to contact. I am in the bushes if i have no indication 
if some contacts have set privacy options...

Privacy icon shows only for contacts with active privacy restrictions.

Yes i know, but it would be nice to have any, whatever, that will indicate that 
i have set anything to this contact. Generally 'always visible' is a privacy 
restriction too:) but with a minus sign:)
Now you show icon with red minus  and then maybe icon with green plus:) 
I mean whatever but show that...
