List of possible improvements

Just seen this repo, i was using this filtering with the second row header "manually created" with datatables from long time ago, i just would list a few improvements

• [ ] Documentation :D
• [ ] Bootstrap compatibility
• [ ] Autodetect field type/use editor field naming (if Editor is present probably is easier)
• [ ] ServerSide search: $.fn.dataTable.ext.search.push is just ignored when using serverside processing, the result is that int range and date search just does not work, i think we should look at something like this as starting point http://www.webslesson.info/2017/06/date-range-search-in-datatables-using-php-ajax.html

Thanks, @FrancYescO! I created this quickly for a project I was working on [1], and keep meaning to come back to make it more user-friendly and complete. I will start with a README hopefully in the very near future...
