What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Installed YII 1.1.11
2.Installed Yii-user last version
3.Installed Rights 1.3.0 R147

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I want to open the URL http://path/index.php/rights. The warning message "
include($data-&gt;getAssignmentsText(CAuthItem.php) [<a 
href='function.include'>function.include</a>]: failed to open stream: No such 
file or directory" is shown.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Rights 1.3.0r147 & yii 1.1.11

Please provide any additional information below.
