Accept PRs? Is almost all that happy, except for yii-x-editable and daterangepicker needed

@magefad Consider doing PR to extend Yiistrap on YiiWheels https://github.com/2amigos/yiiwheels

YiiWheels was created in order to extend YiiStrap so there won't ever be two versions of the same library (as it happened with YiiBooster vs Yii-boilerplate). YiiStrap should only support Bootstrap Enhancements and keep up with the CSS - JS library updates.

Closing this issue as x-editable seems to be more an enhancement of yiistrap, which is why yiiwheels was built for... check the coding standards at Yiiwheels... closing this issue
