Housekeeping

Housekeeping:

• Documenting funcs/methods
• refactoring createSlots() -> createSvelteSlots() to reduce ambiguity
• removing unnecessary check to .innerHTML
• simplifying "props" obj that gets passed to Svelte component constructor (was redundant as well)
• fixing erroneous typo in "this.observer"
• logging caught errors
• documenting unwrap() and also removing unnecessary "removeChild()" since it's already being appended
• adding some TODO's
