FEAT: Autolink to other documents

Autolink spells monsters etc

Should we scan your markdown for references to other documents and automatically render a hyperlink to the referenced doc?

Example:

• You type: "The characters encounter a giant platypus guarding the dungeon entrance."
• You happen to have a file somewhere named Giant Platypus.md
• When rendering the document, we automatically make that a link to the Giant Platypus.md doc

Some thoughts to consider:

• Maybe this should be an opt-in feature?
• Perhaps we limit this to only documents that you want to allow this to happen?
