• Fix service recipe convergence issue due to registry_key value set with symbol
• Fix listener LWRP convergence issue due to registry_key value set to nil instead of empty string
• Fix typo in the listener LWRP
• Improve tests for listener LWRP
• Fix service_certmapping implementation
• Add test for service_certmapping LWRP
• Support why_run in both service_certmapping and listener LWRP
