Chromecast Support #38

I've been trying to fix this for awhile a month. I'm unsure i have the patience to learn how the chromecast lib works. I had a working example, but even those are broken now. I dont know if there was a big update, but this is something i will definitely need help on if anyone has any expertise.

Ive been trying to add this now for a year. I think part of the issue is, localhost and when we setup internally on a network isnt https, so it wont serve videos. If anyone has any ideas however, i am super open to suggestions.
