Docker Image/Container for Project #8

Containerization is all the rage these days. If someone wants to dive into that we will gladly accept one!

I gotchu. What do we want to do with the container? Do we want it on docker hub? Do we want to export it as a downloadable .tar?

Tyler has a container he is working on as well. See if we can get some co-op stuff in on this?
