Correct nesting of Parts that should appear under Subchapter G #322

Context

If you view the table of contents here, https://ecfr.federalregister.gov/current/title-4, you can see that we have a set of reserved parts that are appearing at the same level as the Subchapters.

Do you mind taking a look at the patch documentation and then try to create ones here for these 3 issues? And use the basecamp URLs for the reference in the patch metadata?

Having small issue with Title 26:

Titles 4 and 25 patches have been committed and pushed.

Looks like this uses the local deployment environment (blue vs green); green is currently what is used on prod. Give this a try:

DEPLOYMENT_ENVIRONMENT=green rake title_version:preprocess_for_patch[16422]
