This PR aims to implement the cmf menu command.
It is a command that allows the user to do several environment and project related tasks/actions with a few keypresses.
All the options below have their own commands that can be used without the cmf menu (basically, all of them are independent commands).
I tried to refactor the release notes .ps1 script, but I'm having issues with the response from the TFS server.
