Add crowdin info cell to settings

To make users more aware of that they can help improve the app by helping out with translations I think it is a good idea to add another project cell to the settings that links to https://crowdin.com/project/critical-maps.

Since I do not have a working app to put together the graphics part I would appreciate the assist here from @zutrinken?
