Trying to collect all A11y features for 4.0 I can think of atm that need to be added

[x] observe accessibilityReduceTransparency on AppNavigation view
[x] accessibilityReduceMotion is enabled then do not animate
[ ] ~~colorSchemeContrast should use 7:1 contrast from text to background. tbh I do not know how to check this~~
