pdf_lookup_anchor was deprecated since MuPDF>=1.23.0, in favor or fz_resolve_link [1]

I'm not convinced that this repository is being maintained anymore. I ran into the same problem a few weeks ago, and fixed that and a few other things (like compatibility with ocaml 5, and a 100% cpu load issue) in my fork: https://github.com/fstecker/llpp. Maybe you will find it useful. I plan to continue collecting bug fixes there, until maybe @criticic comes back at some point.
