Investigate major changes to old podcast feeds #147

In #146, these episodes experienced significant duration changes:

Comparable changes occurred in both the Nerdist and Geek & Sundry podcast feeds, seemingly making them more similar to one another.

Episodes with apostrophes in the title (e.g., C1E10 K‘Varn Revealed) were each marked as a "New episode" in the Nerdist feed, as if the title had changed.

It's also likely that Spotify / Google Podcast IDs may need to be updated for the Nerdist podcast feed.

In #151, a similar set of changes was made.

In #152, there was a very significant re-ordering of the episodes in the G&S and Nerdist podcasts. The automated PR diffing script detected no substantive changes, but I think this should be double checked manually.
