Packetmail.net service #101

It would be good to provide a service for packetmail.net reputation system (pull intel on a specific IP address). It would be good to contact Nathan Fowler for more information on this.

I've sent an email off to Nathan about getting access so I can do this. Hopefully he responds and is able to provide it.

Hey Andreas, I hooked Wes up with an API key for development/use on Apr 03 2015. I suspect Wes is still coding so I'll let him speak with respect to progress.

I've created an Initial service for Punch++ : IP rep and PCRE Match for IP and Indicator types

https://github.com/cvdsouza/crits_services/tree/usable_master/punchipreputation_service IP rep needs a little work as it can get messy due to the number of feeds being pulled in.

I'll ping Nathan to respond here , since I see he's responded earlier.
