smooth knobs in mother host, so reducing OSC messages, also makes raw knob values useable in PD.

also fix 2 issues related to 'full range' of knob values

smoothing algo, tended to not get to full range. (as 25% of previous value, means many iterations to get to a round 1.0)
mother.pd should divide by 1023 (max value) not 1024 (knobs are 10 bit, so 0..1023)
