fix main menu
create specific run actions, eg runEject
add sub patch dir
search for mother.pd patchdir->systemdir->root
support sdcard
provide system and patch dir to scripts, remove dependency on usbdrive
resolve dependencies on locations etc
add usercmd dir
add favourites menu
fix various midi issues
create usbdrive/system if necessary
introduce user dir, add new make image target for creating install images
improve makefile, add image target, add buildtag
implement sha1 check in deploy, improve midi config kill oscdump
