AGNT-676[HTML5] Create an HTML5 test app that runs in an Android and iOS web view https://crittercism.atlassian.net/browse/AGNT-676

The new "index.html" is essentially copy of "demo.html" from the HTML5 repo. Old "index.html" kept but renamed to "rainbow.html".

Tested both iOS PhoneGap and Android PhoneGap versions of the "app" index.html on real devices. Satisfying enough for pull request. Some outstanding minor issues in Crittercism library and platform were discovered while testing (won't be fixed by P.R.).

CONCLUDE: Looks like we got two good test apps. One iOS PhoneGap and one Android PhoneGap . SUCCESS .

@kellyroach Shouldn't this be going into the HTML5 repo? This repo is a public facing repo for our customers to test out our PhoneGap plugin.

that's what i had thought at the beginnging. i thgouth it was suposed to be a new interface.

Mentioned in oral discussions with David Shirley and Tianyu Shi:

demo.html, demo2.html, demo3.html were successful and checked into the HTML5 repo. These demo Crittercism library *.js API and (particularly in case of demo2.html localStorage persistence) unique HTML5 capabilities.
Like to have checked in some adaptation of the same test app as another test app into the PhoneGapExampleApp but encountered some issues which aren't completely settled yet. (Different metadata API: Crittercism.setMetaData vs. Crittercism.setValueForKey . The PhoneGap log handled exception API Crittercism.logHandledException(e) doesn't a priori seem suitable for custom error reporting.)

^ one extra addition is a lognetwork request button. I happened to have it in rainbow.html

Old forgotten P.R. made obsolete by recently released Crittercism hybrid apps capability. CLOSING.
