In figure 6 of your paper you demonstrate that M3C can generate a dendrogram to show hierarchical structure. I've found a previous M3C manual (1.41, April 2019) that shows that there was an option in the M3C function, M3C(mydata, dend = TRUE/FALSE). I can't find this option in current M3C version on bioconductor (1.12). Can you recommend another way of plotting the dendrogram and generating the pvalues?
