No feedback on how long until reload has finished #37

Perhaps a timer wheel similar to Stamina from LoZ: Breath of the Wild that replaces the mouse. Or perhaps some sort of bar/timer that replaces the ammo count on player

Because animated mouse cursors are not available in browsers, for now I will simply change the cursor to the 'wait' cursor.
