Improvements to Queue pages

Remove the word "Bulk" from the tools at the top of https://access.canadiana.ca/object/edit

"Data Transfer Queue" is currently in reverse order to what items are pulled out of the queue (top of list means it is the last thing that will be done).

For both, instead of only "Clear Messages", there be a retry.

Also, when I click on the "select all", the "Clear messages" isn't highlighted. Only when I unselect and then select an individual does "Clear Messages" come up.
