Servers have been wiped and a new OS installed, set up as Application servers, and are now having their CouchDB databases filled and Solr core indexed.

URL's to check progress for data relating to each of the "portals" is in the ticket.

Indexing is complete.

Need to get feedback on testing of the servers before @hstgelais-crkn-rcdr or I switch DNS over to pointing to the new servers.
