Work towards #21 . May include import as well if testing on first part goes well.

I'm not suggesting that @JLoitzenbauer-CRKN do a code review, unless he really wants to, but to go to https://access.canadiana.ca/ocr and try to make full use of the tool. I believe everything is working as we would want it to, but I would like more data to be sent through it before closing this PR and related issue.

I want to merge this to avoid confusion with future work on the metadatabus. If there are bugs to fix, we can fix as separate work.
