Archival Manifest: Remove failure message. #111

Currently when there is a failure that can't be corrected, there is no way to "remove message from list". The idea would be an update that would delete doc.updateInternalmeta .

I create a "clear" button exactly for this. It uses a basic update with {smelt: "{}"} as the update document.

This will be made more clear with a specific server-side URL for clearing things out as we move away from using upholstery #116
