contents of dpx_pdfencrypt and dpx_dpxcrypt could also be replaced with external tools

For ARC4, rc4 might be used, but it doesn't seem to be actively maintained. For AES, I'm not sure whether a crate can simply be put in place there or some more work is needed. The other crypto has been converted.
