Add popup hook to Event Log

1. If I had a million dollars to pay you (that's what it'd cost if you
weren't so nice), I'd like you to add...
A popup hook into Event Log (and maybe anything else that doesn't already have 
one, go nuts!)

If it already exists, it isn't listed in the manual.

2. Because this feature doesn't exist I have to...
Attach to popup host_top / bottom.

3. If you add this feature I will...
Change my client menu from host_top to Event_bottom. And probably write more 
scripts.
