cannot run armitage because of gem

Wen I run it, it said "The i18n gem is not available. Please add it to your 
Gemfile and run bundle install".
But I already install it.
I use bt r3.

what should I do?

Your environment is wrong. I really appreciate that you installed this gem, but 
there's a trick. The Metasploit Framework ships with its own Ruby environment. 
You can gem install all day long and do no good. 

To get into the MSF environment:

source /opt/metasploit/scripts/setenv.sh

Then try installing the gem. This error shouldn't happen in a sane environment 
though. I recommend that you uninstall the framework and reinstall with 
Rapid7's installer.
