The system shall allow the user to upload two different kinds of files:
 Prime OCR and Redbooks files. These two files consist of different XML tags. Please refer to CD provided by Allen for sample files.

RedBook module should provide capabilities to read in from a file directory or 
Google URL. (per discussion 03/03)

OCR files will be provided by Allen (per discussion 03/03)
