The OCR out file/directory structure shall follow the same input file/directory 
structure. 

Example: 

Input File Structure:
20110129 IFW\11857786\20070919_ABST\20070919_ABST.xml
               case#    pub. date_ABST, _CLMS, or _SPECS

Output File Structure   
GeneratedOCRs\11857786\20070919_ABST\20070919_ABST.xml
