Each file shall follow the criteria below:

For now, please store the file name for each application as the 
(APPLICATION-REFERENCE | DOC-NUMBER)  +  (DATE-PUBL) rather than using the 
(US-PATENT-APPLICATION | FILE) value. 

    EX:  Currently-- US20100105865A1-20100429.XML  change to  10415182--20100429.XML

In the future, we will access a PGPUB EXPORT DATE or PROJECTED PUBLICATION DATE 
to replace the DATE-PUBL.

Please store the 4 files for each application in a file directory using the 
DATE-PUBL value

    EX: -20100429 (directory name)
        ---10415182--20100429.XML (individual application file)
        ---10415182--20100429_ABST.XML (filtered Abstract component document)
        ---10415182--20100429_SPEC.XML (filtered Specification component document)
        ---10415182--20100429_CLM.XML (filtered Claims component document)
