Convert to Poetry #9

I second this. Have an option to select Poetry + pyproject.toml. And also to have mlflow than wandab. Is this project still active? I find it more appealing than the standard cookiecutter.

Hi @Pareek-Yash, I haven't touched this repo in a while, but I'm planning to do a revamp soon, including using poetry and mlflow! In the meantime, feel free to make a PR if you want and have the time!
