Add support to Dungeon Fantasy page code conventions used in GCA #1949

GURPS Character Assistant v.5.0.222.0 uses the following coding conventions for the Dungeon Fantasy Boxed Set:

DFGPG:A for Dungeon Fantasy: Adventurers
DFRPG:M for Dungeon Fantasy: Monsters
DFRPG:S for Dungeon Fantasy: Spells
DFRPG:E for Dungeon Fantasy: Exploits

These are included in addition to the original codes (DFA, DFM, DFS, DFE). The code parsing logic has been updated accordingly.
