Not Working on local Windows XAMPP environment #276

On XAMPP there is always error "Could not find the internal image you 
specified."
It was ok in previous versions.
Problem appears to be in lines #857 and above, it just not trying to search the 
right folder that should be for the image.

same issue as me, i am not using xampp but i am on windows environment and have 
the exact same issue, will serve images from local if you use 127.0.0.1 or 
localhost but never if you use a domain name or anything else.

same issue with xampp. None of the workaraund seems to work.

confirming timthumb version 2.8.8 is not working correctly in xampp local 
development, using a virtual host setup.

just commited a fix that should help with Windows servers (fingers crossed once

same problem with XAMPP v1.7.3 on OSX 10.6.8. what information do you need?

I second the comment above. Isn't working here either. I've reverted back to an 
older version in the meantime to continue my work but its definitely not 
working :(
