status-wlan-survey.sh does not show channel, quality, signal, noise or SNR when using Atheros with kmod-madwifi driver

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Webif on router that uses an Atheros card
2. Load up status-wlan-survey.sh

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting to see all fields filled out with data from driver. Instead, only 
access point names are shown. Old version of the page works fine, see attached 
screen shots.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system and web
browser?
Using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.7) 
Gecko/20100713 Firefox/3.6.7

Bug reproes with every other browser/OS I've tried.
