Receiving Airing Notifications for Deleted Titles #71

Describe the issue

Today, I received an airing notification for a title that I deleted via the app recently. It was located in the "Plan to Watch" section before it was deleted and I do have notifications turned on for that section as well. I've signed out and back in again and toggled notifications off and on for the Plan to Watch section to see if that fixes it, but won't be able to confirm if it did or not until next week.

How can you reproduce it?

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add a currently airing show to your Plan to Watch.
  2. Have notifications for Plan to Watch turned on.
  3. Swipe left and delete the show.
  4. When a new episode airs, a notification is sent to the device.

What's the expected behavior?

No notification is sent if a show has been deleted via the app/website

How reproducible is this issue?

So far, only once. I can leave a comment here if it happens again for that same show.

Device Information

iOS Version: 15.6

MyAniList Version: 2.12.3

iOS Device: iPhone 13 Pro Max

Jailbroken: No

Just wanted to follow-up here and mention that proposed workaround of signing out then back in again seems to have fixed it. I haven't received any notifications for the show I deleted via the app. I believe this was the case a few months ago when I was experiencing the same problem. Let me know if you need any more information!
