Profile infos?? #77

I did the subscription and i see that my profile infos are not working. Why? Other people like me. You ask for money but you don’t fix this bug. 96CC4BD9-6FCA-47E7-8833-D055F7FC0EE7

Hey @Thomaspesaro, thanks for writing in. Do you mind sending me some debug logs so I can take a look here? It's likely that you may just need to reauthenticate since it cannot get your profile details from AniList.co. You can send those logs by going into Settings > About > Contact. Once you do that, just let me know and I can dig a bit deeper.

After you've done that, if you would like to try a solution, could you try logging out and logging back in? You can also reinstall the app and see if that fixes the issue.
