First list refresh doesn't update list

When the list is refreshed via pull down, it doesn't actually display the latest data. It requires a second pull down to update correctly.

Steps to reproduce:

• Open app
• Make change to list on website
• Pull down in app to refresh list

Expected: List is updated

Actual: List has not been updated. (Second pull down does update list.)
