Time fix #32

Changed day of week index number so message will display properly at all times. Fixes issue #31.

Changed time zone on PC to test and message still displays properly. UTC calculations/conversions are correct per console.log output.

@wingchunkf please verify this is working in the dev env then submit a PR for dev -> master to move it to prod
