SHA3:Skein IS round based, reduce it #216

Currently, we claim SHA3:Skein is not rounds based, but it is (it is based on threefish, that is as well). Find out, how-to reduce it (hidden in macros).

It seams, that EACirc can distinguish 3 rounds Skein on local. Therefore, we can try 4 rounds on MetaCentrum.
