Just convenience: When browsing seccerts.org and opening certification PDFs, I'd expect them to open in a new tab by default (currently the PDF open in the tab where I had certificate metadata).

Add target="_blank" to all PDF and TXT files link (buttons under headings "Certification report", "Security target", ...)
