In Collapse/Accordions, the open/close functionality is only on the header text. It would be more convenient if, instead, you could click on the whole header block. (Check the behavior at https://x509errors.org/.)

Move the collapse control attributed higher up in the DOM hierarchy. Naïve check in the browser suggests this will work, just the automatic arrow change needs to be figured out.
