Describe the bug

Docs deployed at seccerts.org/docs/ have some weird issues with styling that, possibly, fails to load at occasions?

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to seccerts.org/docs (without trailing /). (This should be broken already
Then go to seccerts.org/docs/, which has no/weird css in my case as well

Expected behavior

Fully loaded and functional css whether or not trailing slash is present.

Environment:

OS: MacOS
Browser: I tried with up-to-date firefox, chrome, and safari
