Add docs-checker to the main branch #92

I've read that periodic (cron) GitHub actions can only run on the main branches, so I'm moving this utility to ours. Hopefully, now the docs-checker will be running as it is supposed to.

This means that we no longer need an extra branch for the docs-checker.
