feat: implement internationalization support using react-i18next #162

Should solve https://github.com/croma-app/croma/issues/119. Maybe not everything will be translated after filling up the locales, if you guys find anything, just let me know.

Installed also rnx-dep-check to sync libs with 0.66. If that's not okay, I'll remove it.
