Add explore palettes screen #218

Similar to https://huehive.co/palette_generator/explore Same APIs can be used to build the screen.

  1. Seach bar with autocomplete
  2. Instead of shored by time show top liked and recent as 2 different options
  3. On press open in ColorListScreen
